Senior HR Executive/HR Generalist - Semiconductor

We are partnering with a semiconductor company looking to build a structured, data-driven KPI and performance management culture across the organisation. They are looking to hire a Senior HR Executive / HR Generalist with a strong focus on setting up and driving the performance framework.

Job Responsibilities

KPI Development & Implementation

• Partner with Management and Department Heads to establish company, departmental, and individual KPIs aligned to business objectives

• Develop KPI templates, scoring systems, and measurement methods; review and update when objectives or roles change

KPI Monitoring & Reporting

• Track KPI achievement across all levels; identify gaps, follow up on underperformance, and maintain accurate performance records

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Management

Performance Appraisal

• Coordinate performance review cycles and manage scoring and rating processes

• Support managers in performance discussions and monitor PIP progress

General HR Support

• Manage recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 4–6 years of HR experience with strong KPI and performance management exposure

• Experience building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and management reports

• Proficient in Excel and data analysis; HRIS experience is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with senior stakeholders

• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters
