Job description
An engineering and services company is expanding its operations and as part of this growth is looking for a new headcount to its HR team to support broader HR functions and initiatives.
The role manages the full spectrum of HR and Administration functions, including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination, and training. You will have provide to HR advisory support to management on policies, employment legislation, and statutory compliance, while overseeing office administration, vendor management, and document control.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field with minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices
- Experience in project-based, engineering, construction, or technical services environments is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with HRMS systems, payroll coordination, and MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skill
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work effectively with all levels of employees and management
