Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute recruitment and manpower planning strategies in line with business needs
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and offboarding

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including CPF contributions and statutory submissions
  • Support annual salary reviews and benefits administration

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Support and implement employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture

Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance review cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes
  • Assist in career development and succession planning initiatives

HR Policy & Compliance

  • Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company direction
  • Ensure HR practices remain compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements

Team Support & Development

  • Guide and support junior HR team members in their responsibilities
  • Encourage teamwork and continuous improvement within the HR department

General HR Administration

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Handle special projects and ad hoc duties assigned by management
