Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment & selection, performance management compensation & benefits, training and employee relations.
  • Manage and process monthly payroll and CPF submission, IRAS tax submission.
  • Handle work pass administration (apply / issue / renew).
  • Handle onboard and exit orientation to employees.
  • Maintain company insurance and claims (WICA, medical insurance, vehicle insurance).
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Responsible for administrative matters such as corporate events planning, petty cash etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years HR working experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant MOM / BCA laws and policies.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Candidates with experience in Infotech systems will have an advantage.
