We are seeking a Senior Executive HR Generalist to join our team at ComfortDelGro Driving Centre Pte Ltd. This is a full-time role based in the East/Central Region. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and expertise to our organisation, ensuring effective people management practices are in place.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting HRIS Migration Project
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Administering employee benefits and leave management
- Driving employee engagement programs and contribute to building a strong organisational culture
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with employment regulations
- Assisting in salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
- Collaborating with the HR team to implement strategic HR initiatives
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with employees and stakeholders
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
