✅3-5 years of relevant experiences in shipping, logistics or maritime-related industry

✅Well verse in full spectrum of HR processes and procedures

Key Focus of the Roles:

• L&D initiatives and tracking

• Internship program management

• Grant administration

• Employee relationship & attendance management

Responsibilities:

• Full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, operations, training, compliance, and employee engagement.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.

• Support business units in detailed job descriptions.

• Handle work pass-related matters.

• HR operations and administration support.

• Coordinate internal & external training & development.

• Support HR Compliance and document management.

• Support employee engagement and welfare.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
