As a Senior Executive within the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycl.

  • Execute end-to-end talent acquisition processes, from managing diverse job portals to facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners.

  • Oversee comprehensive HR operations, including the management of contract renewals, internal mobility, and the offboarding journey.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of high-impact corporate engagement events, wellness programs, and internal communication initiatives.

  • Manage essential HR administration, including document repositories, insurance coordination, and the processing of department-related invoices.

  • Consolidate complex organizational data and manpower reports to provide actionable insights for senior management.

skills and experience required

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 3-5 years of corporate HR experience.

  • Technical proficiency in report consolidation and a strong command of standard office productivity software.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the agility to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A proactive and resourceful approach to work, maintaining a high level of integrity and professional discretion.
