Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end regional recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding across multiple markets.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic hiring support.
- Develop, implement, and administer performance appraisal systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles.
- Provide hands-on support for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to offboarding), HR operations, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies across the region.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and performance management cases.
- Support HR initiatives related to talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare HR reports, analyze HR metrics, and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Assist in the review and enhancement of HR policies, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to regional HR operations.
- Proven experience in regional hiring and end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries.
- Solid experience in managing performance appraisal systems and performance management processes.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
