SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment & selection, performance management and employee training and development plan.
• Review the existing HR policies and Handbook, develop and implement HR policies, procedures that support Company's business goals.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and state policies.
• Prepare HR reports and surveys relating to headcount, staff movement and manpower cost when necessary
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist preferably in Construction/Building industry
• Familiar with end to end process of the recruitment cycle
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations
• Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork
• Able to multi-task and work independently in fast paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of Infotech system is a plus
• Willing to work at Senoko Area
• 5 days work week (8.30am-6pm)
• Able to start work with short notice/immediately
