- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing requirements and ensure proper alignment with organizational goals.
2. Employee Training & Development:
- Develop and implement training programs that address company needs and employee career development.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities to enhance employee skills.
- Assess training outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement in employee development initiatives.
3. Payroll Processing:
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including local staff payroll processing and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure proper documentation for employee compensation and benefits.
- Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries related to compensation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll software, compensation trends, and labor laws.
4. HR Administration & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and Employee Handbook.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve any HR-related concerns or issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma / degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in payroll processing.
