Job Description

  • Location: North
  • 5 days work week - Office hours
  • Industry: Engineering design & manufacturing - Electrical Power System

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.

  • Support HR administration and ensure accurate documentation of employee information and HR records.

  • Coordinate employee confirmation, contract renewals, and related HR documentation.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Support

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.

  • Work with hiring managers and recruitment partners to support hiring requirements across departments.

  • Support initiatives related to workforce planning and talent development.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate employee training programmes and monitor participation in development initiatives.

  • Assist in administering structured development programmes such as graduate or trainee initiatives.

  • Maintain training records and support learning and development activities.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and local employment regulations.

  • Provide guidance to employees on HR procedures and workplace policies.

  • Support the review and implementation of HR policies and internal guidelines.

HR Reporting & Projects

  • Prepare HR reports and maintain workforce data for internal management reporting.

  • Support HR system updates, HR digitalisation initiatives, or process improvement projects.

  • Participate in ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • At least 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices.

  • Experience with HR systems or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) will be advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
