HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
Support HR administration and ensure accurate documentation of employee information and HR records.
Coordinate employee confirmation, contract renewals, and related HR documentation.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Support
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
Work with hiring managers and recruitment partners to support hiring requirements across departments.
Support initiatives related to workforce planning and talent development.
Training & Development
Coordinate employee training programmes and monitor participation in development initiatives.
Assist in administering structured development programmes such as graduate or trainee initiatives.
Maintain training records and support learning and development activities.
HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and local employment regulations.
Provide guidance to employees on HR procedures and workplace policies.
Support the review and implementation of HR policies and internal guidelines.
HR Reporting & Projects
Prepare HR reports and maintain workforce data for internal management reporting.
Support HR system updates, HR digitalisation initiatives, or process improvement projects.
Participate in ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned.
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
At least 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices.
Experience with HR systems or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) will be advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
