Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals

  • Partner with management to support business growth, organizational design, and workforce planning

  • Oversee performance management frameworks, including KPI setting, evaluation, and improvement plans

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies

  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture building, and retention strategies

  • Review and optimize HR processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency

  • Support leadership development and succession planning

  • Analyze HR data and provide insights for decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in fast-paced or growing organizations is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR within finance, accounting, or consulting industries is highly preferred

  • Hands-on experience supporting HR operations across Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and Japan is a plus

  • Familiarity with regional labor laws, compliance requirements, and cultural nuances across multiple jurisdictions

  • Experience in a professional services or client-facing business environment

  • Proven ability to manage cross-border HR matters and collaborate with regional stakeholders

  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., IHRP, SHRM) are a plus

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations
