The Opportunity

  • This is a high-impact, end-to-end HR role for a proactive and hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders and shaping people strategies.
  • You will play a key role in uplifting HR into a strategic business partner, working closely with leadership to align talent initiatives with business priorities while ensuring strong HR governance and operational excellence.

Strategic HR Business Partnering

  • Partner closely with senior management and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and people-related risks
  • Support workforce planning, manpower deployment, and succession planning initiatives
  • Identify gaps in HR policies, processes, and practices and drive continuous improvements
  • Provide insights on HR trends and workforce data to support leadership decision-making

End-to-End HR Operations

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Lead and support learning & development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities
  • Manage performance management processes, appraisals, and talent development programs
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative culture
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices
  • Track HR metrics and analyze workforce data to improve HR processes and outcomes

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end HR in a dynamic organization
  • Strong business partnering capability with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with operational execution
