The Opportunity
- This is a high-impact, end-to-end HR role for a proactive and hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders and shaping people strategies.
- You will play a key role in uplifting HR into a strategic business partner, working closely with leadership to align talent initiatives with business priorities while ensuring strong HR governance and operational excellence.
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner closely with senior management and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and people-related risks
- Support workforce planning, manpower deployment, and succession planning initiatives
- Identify gaps in HR policies, processes, and practices and drive continuous improvements
- Provide insights on HR trends and workforce data to support leadership decision-making
End-to-End HR Operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Lead and support learning & development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities
- Manage performance management processes, appraisals, and talent development programs
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative culture
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices
- Track HR metrics and analyze workforce data to improve HR processes and outcomes

- Strong business partnering capability with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
