This position is a 1-year contract role.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Handle full employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in the HR system
- Provide support and advisory on all HR related matters
- Track training records and coordinate with external training providers
- Work closely with payroll team to ensure the timely and accurate submission of payrollrelated data
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and detailoriented, with strong follow-through to achieve results under tight deadlines
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Possess strong communication and time management skills
