Job Description

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Cum Admin Executive will manage and oversee HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations in the construction projects. This role supports both the HR strategies and administrative requirements in compliance with Singapore labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
  • Assist in implementing, reviewing, and amending HR policies to comply with MOM regulations and company objectives.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for project staff and office personnel.
  • Oversee training and development plans, ensuring skill development and regulatory compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR files.
  • Administer benefits, insurance, security bonds, undertaking bonds, and project-related insurance.
  • Supervise daily administrative operations, including office supplies, facility management, and project site support.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for procurement and administrative services.
  • Support the management team in preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements across projects.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and corporate events.
  • Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned by the Operation Director or Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR and administrative experience in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, MOM regulations, and employment practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HR software, MS Office, and document management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
