Job Description
Responsible for providing the full spectrum of human resource functions with key focus on recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and performance management.
Liaise with government authorities and agencies such MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc. on employee related matters.
Manage the recruitment process and advertisement arrange and conduct interview, on-boarding and off-boarding letters and other related matters.
Application and renewal on employee work passes
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees records for accurate monthly manpower reporting and analysis.
Conduct exit interview and analyse data and makes recommendation for corrective action and continued improvement.
Responsible in administer monthly renewal of employment contracts.
Support the company training and development initiatives in areas such as administering the company's total training plan, training needs analysis and monitoring of grants & schemes for learning programmes
Assist in payroll administration and manpower survey
Any other admin & ad-hoc matters as required
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or related business fields
At least 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing sector with good understanding on HR processes, payroll administration, HR practices and Singapore Employment and Legislation practices
Proficient in Times Software system an added advantage
Well verse in Microsoft office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good verbal and written communication skill
Analytical and have problem-solving skill
Meticulous and detailed oriented
Ability to multitask and have excellent time management
Team player, proactive and take initiatives
High reliability and integrity in handling confidential information
Have an appropriate sense of urgency with an ability to work under pressure and in fast pace environment
