Job Description

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional who will manage a wide range of HR operations and office administration tasks, while promoting an effective work environment. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization through enhanced employee relations and office functions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, job transitions, and maintaining precise HR records. Manage office administration tasks such as office supply procurement, vendor management (IT, cleaning, property management), and asset management. Provide support for corporate compliance matters, including company registration, renewals, and communication with government authorities. Administer corporate insurance policies, ensuring timely renewals and effective coordination with insurers and brokers. Plan and facilitate company events, including team-building activities and annual milestones. Coordinate travel and administrative logistics for management and overseas colleagues, covering flight bookings, accommodation, and visa arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, office administration, or a similar position, ideally in a multinational context. Practical experience with HR administration and managing the employee lifecycle. Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices is beneficial. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to balance multiple priorities effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems experience with HRIS is a plus. A proactive, detail-oriented team player with robust problem-solving capabilities.
