Job Description

  • Basic $4000 - $5400
  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Location: City Hall (Walking Distance from MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for office, project, site, and construction workforce roles.
  • Work with management, hiring departments, and agencies on manpower planning.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Manage work pass matters, including EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate expatriate accommodation and worker dormitory arrangements.
  • Manage insurance, WICA, PCP, employee engagement, and HR reports.
  • Support payroll, statutory submissions, salary review, appraisal exercises, and MOM-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 4-6 years of HR experience, with strong focus on recruitment.
  • Prior recruitment experience in the construction industry will be highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements.
