What will you be doing
Reporting to the company General Manager, you will work as the HR and administration senior executive of Company's Group HQ in Singapore, you will be responsible the talent acquisitions & management, as well as office administration. You will have key business goals from executive management's roadmap with regards to HR and office operations.
The main responsibilities for the role:
Senior HR & Admin Executive
Recruitment:
1. Along with Company executives, form Company's recruitment strategy from short term, medium term and long term.
2. Drive Company's recruitment activities (Job fair, recruitment functions, job posting, short-listing, arrangement for interviews, participate in interview if necessary)
3. New employee orientation and administration work such as Letter of Offer, employment contract etc. Onboarding and offboarding processes.
4. Employment passes applications and renewals for foreign workers
Payroll:
1. Processing of approved expenses claims (local & overseas) & OT or any other claims
2. Payroll processing for employees
3. Manage and maintain payroll and leave system and future improvements
4. Overseeing payroll processing in group subsidiaries (Asia and USA)
Compensation & Benefits:
1. Administration of staff welfare and benefit schemes
2. Develop and monitor employee confirmation, staff cost structure, salary bands & appraisal system
3. Handling company and staff insurance
4. Planning and coordination for company events/staff welfare functions
HR Administration:
1. Manage & maintain Job Description & Specification record
2. Manage & maintain employee data report to holding company
3. Leave & attendance management
4. Manage & maintain Company HR Policy
5. Act as the Company's Personal Data Protection officer
6. Handle claims for childcare leave, NS leave etc
Training:
1. Source, arrange and coordinate training courses, administer training records
2. Submission of all training claims to government boards (SDF/SRP, etc.)
Office Administration
Administration:
1. Air ticket & hotel booking for staffs and incoming guests
2. Employee visa application
3. Manage office documentation, standards according to CI (Corporate Image).
4. Along with team, filing & documentation/records keeping
5. Office administration tasks along with the team, such as but not limited to cleaning services, office supplies, facility maintenance coordination, etc
Who are we looking for
To be successful, you should have at least 5 years of experience in industrial, technology or manufacturing environment or companies, and at least 3 years of HR operational and administration experience.
