Responsibilities:
. Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training & development
. Work closely with Department Managers to assess and fulfill staffing requirements
. Maintain and update employee records and ensure accuracy of HR databases
. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and related matters
. Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legal standards and alignment with company practices
. Coordinate and facilitate the annual performance appraisal process
. Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing
. Handle additional HR-related duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry
. Strong knowledge of HR best practices
. Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
