Job Description

Our client is part of an European financial services group and has recently established its presence in Singapore. As the company enters a dynamic phase of aggressive growth, it is now seeking a HR & Administrative Manager to play a key role in supporting its expansion across the region.

This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership and shape the HR function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

Play a HR advisory role, partnering closely with key stakeholders on driving the HR agenda while meeting business objectives.
Delivery of all HR activities including but not limited to HR operations, recruitment and resourcing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management and organsiation development.
Develop and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention, fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Oversee the day-to-day office administration, including facilities, inventory, and vendor management, ensuring smooth operations.

Role requirements

Degree-qualified, with 10 to 12 years of HR generalist and office operations experience prior exposure to the financial services sector would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices, policies, and frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
High level of personal integrity, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.
Self-starter who is agile, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
