Job Summary
You will deliver a range of hair services, assist customers with enquiries, manage retail stock, and maintain a clean work area to ensure a positive salon experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hair services such as shampooing, blow drying, styling, colouring, perming, and scalp and hair treatments to meet customer needs
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries during retail duties to support sales and customer satisfaction
- Greet walk-in customers, assess their hair care needs, and provide appropriate assistance and recommendations
- Conduct stock takes, pack stock, and organize inventory to maintain efficient retail operations
- Perform housekeeping duties in assigned work areas to ensure a clean and safe salon environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completion of primary, secondary school, or N or O level education
- Possession of a professional certificate or Nitec in any field
- Ability to converse in English or Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers
- Well-groomed appearance with a self-motivated and approachable personality
- Strong passion for customer service and sales
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
