Job Description

. Deliver professional haircut, coloring, perming, and treatment services at an advanced level

. Provide personalized style consultations and recommendations to clients

. Mentor and train junior stylists and assistants

. Maintain service quality and contribute to achieving salon revenue targets

. Handle customer feedback and support retention of repeat clients

Requirements

. At least 10 years of professional experience as a hair designer

. Strong expertise in modern styling techniques and fashion trends

. Excellent customer service orientation

. Ability to work in a team and mentor others

. Awards or recognition from international hair styling competitions

. Experience in salon marketing or brand promotion
