Job Description

Responsibilities

Assess customers head shape, face shape, hair condition, and lifestyle needs.
Provide personalized design recommendations for haircuts, perms, and coloring services.
Offer post-service guidance, including aftercare advice and styling techniques.
Perform professional haircuts, coloring, perms, and various hair treatments.
Select suitable products based on hair condition to ensure optimal results and minimize damage.
Operate scalp and hair care programs to improve overall hair health.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Manage service records, address customer concerns, and perform service recovery when needed.
Ensure consistently high service quality to enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in internal training sessions and Jo:Hwa education programs.
Maintain and uphold salon service standards, brand image, and operational procedures.
Contribute to brand growth through SNS content creation, styling photo shoots, and development of signature services and personal portfolio.

Requirements

Relevant professional license or certification holder
Min 3 years experienced in hair cutting, coloring, perming, and treatments.
Good consultation skills with the ability to recommend styles based on face shape, hair condition, and client needs.
Excellent customer service with the ability to build and retain long-term clients.
Good communication, grooming, and professionalism.
Team player who supports daily salon operations and maintains cleanliness.
