About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to lead our online and offline acquisition strategies. Youll own the organic growth funnel (SEO, social media, affiliates, partnerships) and partner with our offline learning centre to deliver integrated campaigns that drive parent acquisition and enrollment. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to shape strategy and grow into leadership as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for leads conversion target achievement of organic growth initiatives through designing data-driven strategies to increase inbound leads and optimize content performance.
- Own, design and execute organic growth initiatives: SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, and partnerships.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to improve conversion and ROI
- Build partnerships with parenting platforms, communities, and KOLs to grow brand awareness.
- Lead, plan and collaborate with Paid Media for aligned full-funnel campaigns.
- Partner with the Centre Manager to deliver offline campaigns and activations (events, open houses, referral programs).
- Track and analyze funnel performance using GA4, Zoho CRM, GSC, SEMRush, and report actionable insights.
Requirements
- 35 years experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in education, consumer tech, or agency environments.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SEO, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
- Creative and strategic mindset with proven results in lead generation and funnel optimization.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to manage localized campaigns.
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
- (Good-to-have) Mentoring or leadership experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: SGD 4,500 5,500 per month, based on experience and performance.
