The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:
As a Senior Growth Manager, you will take ownership of client strategies, drive growth for major advertisers, and act as the trusted external programmatic expert for our key clients in the SEA region. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping solutions that help clients unlock value from Moloco's platform. You'll contribute to the company's success by working across teams, solving complex challenges, and ensuring clients get the most out of our AI-powered solutions. Your work will help Moloco scale efficiently and maintain its leadership in the programmatic advertising space. What you'll do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key advertisers, including large mobile gaming and app clients.
Fully comprehend advertiser marketing objectives and translate how Moloco's programmatic solutions will drive KPIs and business outcomes.
Lead multiple client partnerships, business reviews, and strategy meetings.
Build deep credibility with clients - acting as their go-to programmatic expert.
Identify, pitch, and scale incremental growth opportunities aligned with client goals.
Drive upsell/cross-sell strategies and collaborate to expand account value.
Use data-driven storytelling to influence client decisions and grow revenue.
Forecast and monitor performance while proactively surfacing optimization opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable strategic insights.
Translate complex data into simple, compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
Create customized data-driven strategies to help each client meet goals.
Partner with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to solve client challenges and build solutions.
Provide market feedback to inform product roadmaps and innovations.
6 years and above of experience in mobile advertising, account management, customer success, or a client-facing role in programmatic advertising.
Proven track record of servicing and growing major advertiser accounts.
Experience in data-driven campaign optimization and strategy creation.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills - with comfort handling C-level relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to make data actionable.
Familiarity with MMPs, data analytics tools, mobile ecosystems, and ad tech fundamentals.
High ownership mentality and a startup growth-mindset.
Team player with a collaborative approach and ability to adapt in a growing company.
Fluency in English and native level Vietnamese.
Experience working with cross-regional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong client presentation and data storytelling skills
