Job Description
What you'll do
This is a senior individual-contributor sales role carrying a larger and more complex quota with little day-to-day guidance. You will own named ABM target accounts end to end — research, account plan, pitch, and close — and lead the response on mid-sized briefs and RFPs. You direct the agent fleet to build proposal narrative, competitive framing, and pre-flight evidence, and are personally accountable for what goes out under your name. As the first escalation point for pipeline risk within your book, you bring commercial ideas to the table without waiting to be asked.
Key responsibilities
01Complex Quota Ownership
Carry a larger and more complex quota with little to no guidance. Own named ABM target accounts end to end — from account research and account plan through pitch and close.
02Brief & RFP Leadership
Lead the response on mid-sized briefs and RFPs. Define a clear account strategy and pursuit plan within your own scope, and align internal contributors on the win theme, timelines, and rationale.
03Agent-Directed Pitch Development
Direct the agent fleet to build proposal narrative, competitive framing, and pre-flight evidence, and be personally accountable for the quality of what is submitted.
04Pipeline Risk Escalation
Serve as the first escalation point for pipeline risk. Forecast accurately and flag slippage early rather than at quarter end.
05Commercial Initiative
Bring commercial ideas to the table without waiting to be asked. Complete end-to-end pursuits independently, aware of company-level OKRs and how the Growth function contributes to them.
06Responsible, Independent Judgement
Exercise independent judgement on scoped commercial decisions. Understand the ethical implications of agent-assisted selling — fabricated proof points, borrowed case studies, inflated projections — and build verification habits that prevent them. Walk away from a bad-fit opportunity rather than booking revenue delivery teams cannot honour.
What we're looking for
- Deep working knowledge of A65's full product surface — CrowdOS synthetic audiences and Pew Parity, AgentOS campaign intelligence and benchmark coverage, CreativeOS, and Managed Services — and can articulate where each wins and where it does not.
- Fluent in Account-Based Marketing: account selection, buying-committee mapping, play design, and measurement.
- Strong commercial numeracy — builds a pricing model, margin case, and business case unaided.
- Proficient at directing agents to produce pitch narrative, category benchmarks, and pre-flight evidence, and can tell a great pitch from a mediocre one.
- Empathetic communicator who reads a buying committee's real concerns rather than its stated ones.
- Comfortable exercising independent judgement on scoped commercial decisions without escalating every call.
- Track record of carrying a complex quota and closing named ABM accounts end to end with minimal guidance.
- Strong English communication for leading RFP responses and senior buying-committee conversations.
