Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
As a member of the Global Compensation & Benefits COE, the Senior Global Benefits Manager is responsible for coordinating and governing the company's international employee benefits programs across multiple regions. This role serves as the central integration point between global strategy, corporate and regional compensation and benefits teams, local HR execution, and external partners. This role is accountable for governance, planning, and coordination - not local execution

This position is initially an individual contributor role with enterprise scope and no direct people management with potential to build a small analytics or program support team as the global benefits function scales.
Position Overview:
Know, understand, incorporate, and demonstrate KLA's Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions
Coordinate and govern international and enterprise employee benefits programs across multiple regions in alignment with company strategy.
Leverage existing data sources and tools to analyze cost, trends, and risks partner with analytics or finance teams as needed for advanced modeling
Partner with the VP Compensation & Benefits to develop and maintain global benefits principles, standards and guardrails and recommend updates based on market, cost and risk insights.
Lead and coordinate global benefits planning cycle, roadmap adherence, and renewals management and ensure all major benefit changes are reviewed and approved through the annual strategic planning process
Support the development and preparation of benefits planning business cases, cost analyses, and executive ready materials for strategy planning and leadership decisions
Act as the primary day to day contact for global benefits vendor partnerships coordinating benchmarking, renewal, cost trend analysis and compliance updates.
Coordinate post-approval change management by translating strategic planning decisions into executable guidance, timelines, and deliverables for regional teams and local HR.
Support M&A activities diligence, data, and integration support
Perform other related duties in support of global benefits objectives, as assigned.
Requirements:
Exceptional analytical thinking skills, with demonstrated experience influencing management proven track record of building consensus and business partnerships
Experience managing global or multi country benefits programs, ideally across Asia and Europe
Background working with a global broker or consulting firm (e.g., Mercer, Aon, Willis Towers Watson) or managing those relationships internally.
Experience in global technology or high growth, multinational environment.
Familiarity with global benefits platforms, HRIS systems, or benefits analytics and reporting tools.
Demonstrated experience supporting strategic planning, renewals, or large scale benefits changes initiatives across multiple regions.
Excellent organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends and identify systemic approaches to solving problems
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint expert knowledge of Excel.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
