Senior General Manager

• Leads and develops with operation responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves its business objective.
• Apply strategic thinking and people management skills to manage key business relationship.
• Manage the Sales of dairy and cheese products in SE Asia.
• Secure alignment & support of business development initatives among the cross functional groups.
• Provide monthly report, sales forecast and budget report.
• Assist in other areas or perform duties that are required.

Job requirement

• Bachelor degree in food science or business or related technical industry.
• At least 10 years experience in dairy and cheese products industries.
• Experience and ability in selling value added products.
• Strong knowledge of dairy and cheese products.
• Proven ability to meet demanding timeline and achieve target.
• Self motivated and high level of commitment.
• Define strategic plans to expand current business.
• Collaborate with business Heads to indentify area of technical and business management development.
