Achieve and exceed group sales targets set by management.
Maximize group sales profitability.
Identify and develop new product opportunities to expand market reach.
Cultivate and expand the company's customer base.
Manage and monitor accounts receivable (AR) for sales representatives.
Develop and execute strategic business plans for key off-trade accounts, including modern and traditional trade channels for frozen food in Singapore, reporting to the Director.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide prompt and efficient account servicing by addressing customer requests and inquiries.
Ensure optimal stock availability for sales and product demonstrations.
Collaborate effectively with team members to drive collective success.
Drive consistent sales growth through proactive and dedicated efforts.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma or higher qualification.
Minimum 5-10 years of proven sales experience in frozen food industrial.
Preferably experience in F&B sales, particularly in wet markets or equivalent environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.
Valid Singapore driving license and own vehicle (preferred). Vehicle allowance will be provided.
Results-oriented and sales-driven with a strong work ethic.
Eligible candidates include Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR).
