Job Description:
As the Senior General Manager, you will:
- Lead daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service.

- Manage restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:
- At least ten years of managerial experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in budget planning, cost control, and P&L management.
- Fluent in English proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for liaising with stakeholders.
