We are looking for a Senior Fundraising Executive to join our growing full-time team.

At Halogen (Singapore), our goal is to help young people develop positive belief systems and values so that they can take action in their circles of influence. As an end-to-end youth development hub, we aim to build foundational character, mindsets, and skill sets in young people by providing equal accessibility to leadership programmes and initiatives. This same experience is created for our staff as well. As a youth development organisation, we work with the youthful vibrancy of our stakeholders and students, ensuring that while we seek to catalyse social impact through our young people, we also do the personal good of building a staff team that is enabled to do their best work.

As a Senior Fundraising Executive, you will be responsible for digital fundraising and donation events, playing an important role in ensuring we have the financial capacity to deliver our programmes to our youths and youth influencers.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the tactical rollout of fundraising initiatives, including digital crowdfunding (Giving.sg), direct mail appeals, and seasonal giving campaigns.
  • Coordinate the logistics for fundraising events, managing guest lists, invitations, and on-site donor hospitality.
  • Work with the Communications team to draft compelling donor-centric content, such as newsletters and Impact Snapshots.

  • Conduct research on potential corporate partners and foundations to provide briefing notes for the Fundraising Manager or CEO.
  • Support the drafting of grant applications and corporate partnership proposals, ensuring all required documentation and data are included.

A typical week at work involves

  • Driving digital fundraising campaigns across platforms like Giving.sg - monitoring performance, optimising messaging, and improving conversion
  • Coordinating fundraising events and donor engagements - from pre-event outreach to on-the-ground execution and post-event follow-ups
  • Identifying and researching new fundraising opportunities - including corporate partnerships, grant prospects, and campaign angles
  • Supporting proposal and grant writing - working closely with internal teams to translate programme impact into compelling cases for support
  • Reviewing campaign performance and donor insights - using data to refine strategies and improve future fundraising efforts

  • You will be independently managing key fundraising campaigns and donor touchpoints

By the end of your first year,

  • You will be driving fundraising initiatives end-to-end - from concept to execution and reporting

  • You will play a key role in strengthening Halogen's fundraising engine - contributing to both strategy and execution

What you will get
