What You Will Do:

• Manage a team of fund accountants to deliver high-quality reports to external clients
• Review and deliver seamless fund administration services.
• Handle accounting for venture capital and private equity funds, including transaction processing and fee calculations.
• Review various reports and support clients with audit inquiries.
• Engage in continuous learning and development within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• Participate in strategic planning and review to continuously improve processes and the team's performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in venture capital or private equity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Have experience with fund accounting systems (e.g., Investran, eFront, Allvue or similar).
