Senior Fund Accountant / Supervisor, Fund Services (Singapore)

A global fund services provider is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant / Supervisor to join its Singapore team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage both hedge fund and private equity fund portfolios while working closely with fund managers, brokers, custodians, auditors, and other market participants. In addition to overseeing fund valuations and financial reporting, you will support fund launches, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality fund administration services within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review NAVs for hedge funds and private equity funds.
• Perform fund onboarding, setup, and documentation review.
• Process trades, reconcile securities, cash, and bank accounts.
• Calculate management fees, performance fees, and other fund expenses.
• Liaise with fund managers, brokers, custodians, auditors, and legal advisers.
• Support fund launches, transfers, and day-to-day fund administration.
• Obtain and validate market data, pricing, and corporate actions.
• Review fund accounting deliverables and support junior team members.
• Resolve fund accounting queries and operational issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with client deadlines.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in Fund Accounting, preferably covering Hedge Funds and/or Private Equity Funds.
• Strong understanding of NAV calculation, fund valuation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience liaising with fund managers, custodians, brokers, and auditors.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and Paxus would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
