Our client is a leading private credit investment firm with a growing presence in Asia. The firm focuses on direct lending, structured credit, and opportunistic private debt investments across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for private credit funds in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP
- Oversee NAV calculations and ensure accuracy of fund accounting deliverables
- Review capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
- Manage fund expenses, accruals, and management/performance fee calculations
- Liaise with external fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors
- Handle and perform cash management, portfolio reconciliations and payment processing
- Assist with investor reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or audit covering private markets
- Prior experience with private credit, direct lending, or debt funds preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
- Experience reviewing fund administrators is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
