Senior Full Stack Lead (Python + React.js) - Remote

Candidates with 12+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise as Full Stack Python Developers who can independently understand business requirements and use cases, design the solution, develop both frontend and backend components, integrate APIs, implement appropriate security controls, and deliver end-to-end working solutions in a production environment.

Full Stack Python Developer who can take a requirement, understand the use case, design the solution, develop the frontend/backend components, integrate APIs, implement appropriate security controls, and independently deliver a working solution in a production environment.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python-based backend development and modern frontend technologies.
• Should be a true Full Stack Developer, with the ability to work independently across UI, backend services, APIs, and database components.
• Ability to understand functional/business use cases independently and translate them into technical solutions.
• Should be capable of taking ownership of a small project or feature end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Strong experience in React.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience in developing and integrating REST APIs / third-party APIs.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with JWT-based authentication, authentication flows, token management, and API security.
• Practical knowledge of application security concepts, including API protection mechanisms, authorization, authentication, secure API communication, and common security considerations.
• Candidates should be able to explain how these security concepts have been implemented in real-world production environments.
• Experience with application migration projects, preferably involving migration of .NET-based web applications to Microsoft Azure.
• Exposure to Azure cloud services and understanding of application modernization/migration approaches will be an added advantage.
• The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving, debugging, and independent development capabilities rather than requiring continuous technical guidance.
