Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable web applications across front-end and back-end components.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Develop robust APIs, services, and integrations to support business and application requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine technical solutions.
• Translate functional requirements into reliable, maintainable, and secure application features.
• Review code, promote engineering best practices, and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective fixes and performance improvements.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design decisions, and long-term platform enhancements.
• Support automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration activities.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend practical improvements to development processes and system capabilities.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong relevant experience in full stack software development within a web, digital, or technology environment.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies, frameworks, APIs, databases, and version control tools.
• Good understanding of software architecture, testing practices, security principles, cloud platforms, and modern delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide technical discussions and work effectively across teams.
