We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience in both Ruby on Rails and React to join our growing remote team. You'll play a key role in building and scaling our core product, owning features end-to-end across the stack.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain full-stack features using Rails and React.
- Design scalable backend services and modern, responsive frontend interfaces.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Write clean, tested, and maintainable code.
- Contribute to technical decisions and help mentor team members.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years with Ruby on Rails
- 5+ years with React
- Strong experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL (or similar), and Git.
- Knowledge of modern dev tools: Docker, CI/CD, cloud services (AWS/Heroku/etc).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- GraphQL, TypeScript, or background in startups.
- Experience with performance optimization and testing frameworks.
