Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own system architecture, establish development standards, and deliver scalable, high-quality features spanning both frontend and backend.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead architecture decisions, and set coding standards across the team.
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Develop and enhance frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Continuously improve code quality, performance, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to plan, define, and deliver new features.
- Support deployment processes, ensure stable environments, and manage CI/CD workflows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong backend skills with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
- Solid frontend experience with React or Vue.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable systems with clean, modular boundaries.
- Proficiency with SQL databases (e.g. Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server).
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure).
- Deep understanding of API design, system performance, and reliability best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and maintaining environment stability.
- Ability to guide and mentor other engineers and lead technical discussions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product and design teams.
- Familiarity with event-driven or microservice-based architectures.
- Nice to have experience integrating LLMs or other AI-powered features.
- Nice to have familiarity with vector databases or implementing RAG pipelines.
