Senior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Architects, and Product Owners.
• Drive design discussions and own the technical direction of the project.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Support integration with third-party APIs and financial services platforms.
• Implement CI/CD best practices and unit testing standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on development experience.
• Proven leadership in at least 2 full project lifecycles as a Technical Lead.
• Strong knowledge in React.js, Node.js, Typescript, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to banking or financial services systems is a strong advantage.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and cloud services (e.g., AWS/Azure).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
