This new position is responsible for:
- Owning the annual/quarterly budget finance process, monthly sales closing and related reporting. Overall reporting and analytics for International and China market.
- Support AP GDS and LATAM distributor markets commercial leaders as Finance Business Partner
- Provide clear and transparent management and ad-hoc reports
- Fully support the finance activities for International and China market along with global finance team in Singapore
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financials, forecasts and quarterly budgets to ensure good quality decision making and achievement of financial goals
- Prepare variance analysis bridges and highlight risks or opportunities to leadership.
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to business leaders for good quality and timely decision making
- Build partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders
- Be the gatekeeper and preparer for the web based approval process for Insternational Markets.
- Provide project management accounting and analytics to business leaders
- Participation/support in special projects by collaborating with various functions
Education
- Bachelor degree in a finance/Business administration
Experience/Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role/industry
- Staffing skills, leadership skill to develop a team, people skills, project management and analyitical skills
- Excel, SAP, Power BI, AX and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
- Able to work within high pressure international environment
