Our client is a well-backed International MNC with demonstrable global footprint. In view of continued international business expansion and growth opportunities, an opportunity has arisen for a new headcount as Senior FP&A Analyst.
Position Summary
This role leads monthly financial closing, management reporting, and strategic FP&A. You will serve as a key business partner to cross-functional teams, overseeing daily accounting functions while driving continuous improvement and internal control compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning; develop business cases for commercial decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Business Partnering: Act as a financial advisor to internal stakeholders and external clients; support pricing reviews for RFPs, project renewals, and commercial negotiations.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor spending and variance analysis; manage billing databases and PO processes to ensure policy compliance.
- Reporting & Compliance: Oversee timely distribution of management reports; liaise with regional and global finance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
- Process Automation: Spearhead initiatives to automate finance tasks and streamline operational workflows through advanced technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accounting or Finance or Accounting Degree / ACCA
- Advanced Excel expertise is mandatory. Candidates must be proficient in Macros and VBA to build automated models, streamline complex data sets, and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Minimum 35 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in automating manual finance workflows.
- Experience within Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain sectors is highly preferred.
- Analytical problem-solver with the ability to manage tight deadlines independently and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
