We are looking for a FP&A Manager to join our client, a leading Financial Institution.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate financial reports and management information with actionable insights
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, and strategic reviews
- Analyze trends, variances, and business drivers to guide decision-making
- Build financial and competitive models to inform strategy
- Partner with business units to optimize performance and priorities
- Work with Technology, Product, and Data teams to enable data-driven decision-making
- Liaise with Group Finance for reporting and consolidation
Requirements
- Proven FP&A experience and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of financial processes, digital tools, and analytics
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
