About the Role
The Senior Analyst, FP&A will support key financial planning and analysis activities across multiple countries, with a strong focus on APAC CapEx management, expense planning, forecasting, and delivering meaningful insights to support business decision-making and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage APAC CapEx planning and governance across business units, including project review, approval coordination, cash flow planning, and depreciation/amortization forecasting aligned with store construction timelines.
- Support monthly close and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring clear, accurate, and actionable insights are delivered to senior management.
- Analyse segment-level financial trends and develop forecasts covering capital expenditure and operating costs, including depreciation, amortization, and store pop-up expenses.
- Deliver accurate reporting and partner closely with commercial and business teams, taking ownership of the SEA region P&L pillar to drive profitability and cost discipline.
- Contribute to Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and Long Range Planning (LRP) processes, leveraging Hyperion Planning (Oracle PBCS) and SAP for data analysis and forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally within FP&A in a regional or commercial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones in a matrix organisation.
