Senior Foreman / Site Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

• To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day-to-day operations.
• Familiar with ACMV work
• Develop a work schedule for workers
• Supervise all construction workers
• Solve disputes between workers
• To carry out inspection of workers personal protection equipment and safety gear to adhere to the company's safety policies.
• Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
• Report on progress to managers, quantity surveyor etc

Requirements

• Proven experience as construction foreman/site supervisor
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience
• Weekend duty is required
