Job Summary

Handle corporate legal matters under Indian law, draft and negotiate agreements across international common law jurisdictions, and advise clients on structuring and transactional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft EPC contracts for turnkey projects to support client project execution and risk management
• Prepare corporate commercial documents for clients across IT, hospitality, F&B services, and infrastructure sectors to ensure legal compliance and business clarity
• Negotiate agreements between parties from various international common law jurisdictions to facilitate cross-border transactions
• Advise clients on legal structuring and transactional requirements to optimize business outcomes and mitigate risks
• Manage general corporate legal matters under Indian law to support client operations and governance
