English Football School is seeking an accomplished football leader to shape coaching quality across our Singapore programmes. This is a senior role for someone who can guide a team, earn trust on the ground and deliver excellent sessions personally.

The role

. Lead, mentor and assess coaches, setting consistently high standards across locations.

. Coach on the ground regularly and demonstrate excellent practice with children of different ages and abilities.

. Develop session plans, coach education and a clear player development pathway.

. Support location leads, parents and operational teams with sound decisions and clear communication.

. Help lead competitive programmes, tournaments and the development of our Sunday League.

. Recognized football coaching qualifications and substantial, proven coaching experience.
