I am currently working with a Series A IoT/AI company. 5 days in office; 9am to 6pm. Office located at Jurong. 3 rounds of interview to offer stage.

Lead firmware development activities for low-power IoT devices including design and implementation of power management systems.

Develop and maintain firmware for various wireless communication technologies, such as LTE, BLE, and beacon systems.

Implement connectivity and application protocols like MQTT, LWM2M, and CoAP on devices.

Work with GNSS technology for location tracking and precise navigation functionalities.

Manage over-the-air updates including OTA and FOTA strategies to streamline firmware upgrades and security patches.

Design and implement security measures, including secure boot, authentication, and data encryption using protocols like TLS/SSL.

skills and requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems,

Computer Engineering, or Electrical Electronic Engineering with a focus on Embedded Software Engineering.

Extensive experience with Real-Time Operating Systems like FreeRTOS and embedded Linux.

Proficiency in C, C++, and other relevant programming languages.

Familiarity with AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, and similar cloud platforms for device management and data integration.

Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket, with strong leadership skills to drive project milestones.
